Following the latest Government update on Thursday 9th July 2020, we are pleased to announce that our online diary is now open to take bookings for all treatments available from Monday 13th July 2020. Please note that due to social distancing measures we can only accept prepaid online bookings only.

 Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our wellness centre has based its compliance in line with the latest guidance from the UK government NHS, local authorities and our professional bodies. With preparation in hope to open on the 13th July 2020, and to offer you the confidence of health and safety protocols, we have re-evaluated all of our work practices and have carried out a fresh risk assessment, which addresses the risks of COVID-19. This has helped us to adapt our work practices where needed and to put extra measures in place until COVID-19 is no longer considered a threat to our health. These health and safety measure will also include:

 

 Before attending the wellness centre:

  • We would recommend that patients and clients in high risk and extremely high-risk groups delay non-essential treatment for as long as possible until the trend of the pandemic becomes clear.   • Please attend your appointment alone unless you are minor and require a guardian or elderly or disabled and require a carer.
  • No shopping, baggage or unnecessary bags will be permitted in the treatment room.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between clients and patients. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive too early, you may be required to wait outside until your practitioner can you let you in.
  • Please visit the bathroom BEFORE coming to the wellness centre as there will be limited access to just one toilet and wash room. With enhanced cleaning regime it would really help us if you could only use the hand basin.
  • Protective Fluid Resistant Treatment Couch Covers will be used in every room.
  • Sanitiser available in communal areas and treatment rooms.
  • Use of disposable paper hand towels in washroom. Please note that only one bathroom will be available at the wellness centre.
  • Lighter towel alternative for cover up in treatment rooms.
  • Air purifiers will be placed in treatment rooms.
  • Enhanced and extended clean up time will be taken to ventilate and sanitise between appointments.
  • Prepaid online payments for all bookings ONLY via the website or email link.
  • All staff will be required to wear and change in and out of Personal Protective Equipment such as medical scrubs when exiting and entering the building. Disposable aprons and gloves will be worn where necessary
  • All staff will be required to report any symptoms, or relevant information before any shift.
  • All staff will have their temperature checked at the start of their shift.
  • All staff will follow enhanced health & hygiene protocols between and during all appointments and/ or classes.
  • All clients/ patients will be required to wear appropriate undergarments at all times and/or shorts.
  • Please bring your own water as no refreshments will be available on site.
  • Please bring and wear your own mask.
  • Seating in the waiting area will be avoided.
  • All future appointments can be made online through the website or confirmed via email.

Arriving at the wellness centre:

  • If you or anyone you were in close contact with had symptoms of the virus within the past 4 weeks, we will ask to defer seeing you for your appointment for the relevant period of time (as outlined by the NHS/ government). As an extra precaution, even if you are feeling well, you might like to consider checking your own temperature at the beginning of each day and if you have signs of a fever, defer your appointment for the relevant period of time.
  • When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to wait outside until your practitioner can open the door to let you in.
  • You will not be permitted to attend your appointment with anyone else but yourself unless you are a minor or are elderly or disabled and require a carer.
  • Only one handbag or back pack will be allowed in the treatment room with you.
  • You will be taken through a brief health check station upon arrival where clients/patients will be asked to sanitise their hands, disinfect the soles of their footwear, sanitiser spray for outerwear/clothing, use an antibacterial mouth spray, wear a mask and you’re your temperature checked with a contactless thermometer.
  • You will be asked to complete a brief Symptom & Health check Questionnaire prior to your appointment.
  • All clients must wear and bring their own mask when attending their appointment at the wellness centre. Hand-made masks will be available and charged at £3 each for those who do not have one.
  • Services that offer treatments concerning the face will be temporarily suspended until further notice.
  • Clients will be asked to leave their items and change of clothing in a basket/ box in their treatment room.
  • All future appointments can be made online through the website or confirmed via email.

 

As with most industries, prices have increased to reflect the need and preparation for PPE and with enhanced disinfection and sterilisation protocol. However, please be rest assured that our prices will remain the same and as an incentive to book and prepay your appointment online our 15% online: 15off2020 discount code will continue to be valid.

PLEASE NOTE

At least an extra 15 min duration is added to treatments for the practitoners clean up and preparation time. Exact total duration time for each treatment is shown beside the treatment name. Selected Practitioners, Doctors and Therapists are available for selected and specialised treatments only. 

Please be aware that the clinic operates without the need for requiring an on site receptionist or manager. All of our Practitioners, Therapists and Doctors are independent but work together as a team to deliver a punctual and organised system and meticulous service.

Upon arrival of your appointment, your assigned Practitioner, Therapist, Doctor or colleague of theirs shall attend to you. If you arrive early for you appointment, please make yourself comfortable and wait patiently at the waiting area until you are seen to. Thank you.
